It can slide in and out easily, and the maximum extension of the tray and storage drawer combined is 18.5". The tray is capable of supporting weights up to 11 lbs and sits 2" to 2.75" below the desk, depending on the thickness of your table.
The sturdy C-clamps enable you to attach the keyboard tray and pencil drawer to your workstation without causing any damage to your desk. These clamps can securely hold everything in place and are easily adjustable for user convenience. However, it's important to note that the desk surface should not exceed a thickness of 1.25".
